Four women already live in you, whether you've met them or not. You probably know one of them well. At least one of the others has been waiting a long time for you to open her door.
We'll work with Toni Wolff's four archetypal women, the Mother, the Amazon, the Hetaira, and the Medial Woman through a guided meditation and embodiment practice. You'll actually step into the one that pulls you most, feel how she moves, and take home a little of what she has that you don't usually let yourself use.
This workshop includes theory, a guided meditation, an embodiment practice, and some follow-up homework practices for integration.
