Somatic Movement & Art Education
This is the foundation of my teaching — where somatic movement, embodied art-making, and depth psychology meet.
I teach experiential anatomy, developmental movement patterns, and embryology (via Body-Mind Centering®) alongside visual and sensorial art practice (Somatic Art Practice®). Increasingly, this work is shaped by depth psychology: active imagination, dreamwork, symbol, and shadow, so that what emerges in the body and on the page is read as a "body story" we can keep listening to, not just an exercise.
These are not drawing classes and not choreography. There's nothing to depict and no "right" way to move. It's a practice of experimenting with material, with weight, with image, and following what the body and unconscious are already trying to say.
You can find some examples of somatic artwork in the Gallery or my Instagram page.
