Art Soma Meditation

This is a short somatic meditation to help you explore your body as a creative source. Consider this an opportunity to pause, tune in, and explore movement and creativity in a way that feels right for you.

As you ease into the practice, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • There’s no right way to do this; let your experience unfold however it wants to.

  • Use whatever tools feel comfortable: a pen, pastels, or even just your hands.

  • Pay attention to what comes up: sensations, emotions, images, without judgment.
