Art Soma Meditation
(10 minutes audio)
This is a short somatic meditation to help you explore your body as a creative source.
Consider this an opportunity to pause, tune in, and explore movement and creativity in a way that feels right for you.
As you ease into the practice, here are a few things to keep in mind:
There’s no right way to do this; let your experience unfold however it wants to.
Use whatever tools feel comfortable: a pen, pastels, or even just your hands.
Pay attention to what comes up: sensations, emotions, images, without judgment.

Dream Soma - Somatic guide to Dreaming
(5-page document)
When we sleep, we can invite our body systems to speak through our dreams. The bones, the blood, the heart - they all have messages. Dream recall is a practice of deep listening we use to connect with them.
Somatic dreaming can give us more insight not only into our body state and needs, but also share a deeper wisdom that our conscious daily mind might not be aware of.
It works well for improving sleep quality, dreaming, and dream recall after waking, including:
Creating a space for sleep
Setting dream intentions
Dream mapping and tracking
